I flirt with all my friends and they know exactly what it means...if they indicate they are seriously flirting with someone I back away from the fun until they decide if it's serious or not. There is no harm in a flirt, so long as it's understood on both sides what it means...communication is key, for sure.

There is a difference in innocent flirting on here in open and actually deceiving somebody. If this person said the other person didn't mean anything and invited you to meet him, and then tells this other person same thing...that is a PLAYER..that is not innocent flirting.
