Unless of course they were taken away for reasons such as poverty....then if she's on the internet, I'd wonder how she can afford that and not the kids. But I digress, maybe at least a few more questions might be in order.

There are 3 sides to every story - in this case, their side, her side and the truth.
I've known people who have had problems with Children Services, that I would leave my own child with a heartbeat. I've also known people who I would have thought the best thing that could happen for the children is for someone to step in and it didn't happen. There could be a multitude of reasons for this...a bitter angry spiteful ex, a total misunderstanding, anything along those lines. Ask her what is going on, find out what you can and then make your decision. The facts are not always obvious.

I've also known people who I would have thought the best thing that could happen for the children is for someone to step in and it didn't happen. Very good point lookin' unfortunately he may only get "her" side which may not be reality... I meant 'find out what you can' from other sources - reliable sources...the agency that took them, etc. You can't have too much info in a situation like this one.

ive been thru the mental abuse...physical abuse...hell ive been shot twice and stabbed 3 times....forced to lose 2 children in miscarriage...ive been there and seen that...but NOTHING Would cause me to lose my children!!!!!!! They didnt ask to be brought here...it is MY responsibility to see to it they are cared for and raised! true, she didn't ask to be born, but then i didn't ask to be raped either...........don't get me wrong, i love my daughter more than life itself......that's why i gave up custody of her........i couldn't ask for a better person to take her in....my brother |

ummmm, mirror, the state doesn't take children away from mothers unless it is an extreme case. Be careful
