try taking a shower. That only lasts while your in the shower. Once you get out, it's back to the heat again.

Got a pool???? Thats where I'm headen! Until it turns 115...then back into the air conditioning.

If you buy yourself a little baby bathtub, fill it with cool water and ice cubes. Soak your feet in it....it will cool you from head to toe. Its an old trick I learned in ninja boot camp!

It gets to be 115 here in the summer.....and when it gets that hot it makes my feet swell.....its the best thing to do since your nerve endings are on the bottom of your feet!!
