I am finding everything is fine until the idea of meeting. At that point fantasy becomes reality. People start to change. It could be the stress acting on someone. It would better if we stop projecting who we think someone is and give acceptance for flaws. Instead we try to find flaws or reasons why something will not work. BINGO! That is sooo true! The closer it gets to meeting a certain someone on here...the more skered I get! And the reasons keep flooding and knocking me over! 
It's interesting you said that, because sometimes the other might be feeling the same way. one thing i have learned being on here is try not having expectations and it's hard not to to, but letting myself know there is nothing wrong in having a little hope. I try not to have expectations like you said. The problem is they still do. It takes a target and cupid's bow to make a match. If either is missing it's game over. |

Just going off another topic. I see how Men/Women and alot in the last two years ask this. Why can't i find a decent person. The truth is, alot of people are attracted to the whild side of life and they run with that and they end up staying in the same pattern, looking for what they had at one time. The truth is, your not going to find it and thats because everyone is different. There are few that actually looking for somone to be happy with. Most are looking for what will make them happy. So if you stop and really look around you and not looking for what you can get and learn how to look for what you can give. I bet anyone here your life will change for the better... Hmm, lets see i been on here for almost two years, meet 5 women in that time and the last one i moved out of state and she had my son. So yeah, you learn about things after spending time geting to know who you are and the friends you might make on here. And you? |
