A friend a work said she has been discussing marriage with her Boyfriend.
She says she's crazy in love with the guy, but does'nt know how to tell him she hates his last name. She also said that she has only sisters, and that her dad was the only boy, and there is no one to carry the family name, so she wants to ask this guy to take her last name ! So, what do you think ? |

Why not just keep her maiden name and let him keep his? Or do one of those hyphens in between the name, Smith-Jones. Except then you argue over whose name goes first. I say flip a coin. |

Well, the hyphen thing always works, for some. But that would mean she wants her child to have her last name because of the family line thing. How does he feel about his child not having HIS name?
