One way of putting it is that the WWF was better, and that was why they won...of course when the war started, I was rooting for the WWF to win, but by 2000, I got sick of it and switched my allegiances to WCW...Of course, by then, WCW had no chance of winning due to the David Arquette fiasco, et al.

I was incredibly bitter upon WCW's demise, and stopped watching wrestling for a year and a half, although I continued to follow it through the magazines.

The irony is that WCW was an inept and often mishandled company, and it's place in history was determined as much by its failure as it was by the fact that it overtook the WWF for a number of years...

Of course, I'll always remember WCW for the good things, such as the NWO, the cruiserweights, Nitro, and of course Goldberg's streak.

but wcw was good all the way to 1998 and
the only reason vince. won is becouse he had money to buy them
eric bishoff was going to buy wcw but it was to late
they had sold it under ted turn. and that is the only reason wwf/wwe won and yah 1999 and 2000 of wcw really sucked
but the nwo was indeed the best...

i use to watch just for batista
