      Happened to me today. I almost lost it. I just have to tell myself to shut up and take a deep breath.

      i usually just get the job done, so that way you dont have to worry about the problem anymore, and one can move on to something else :-)

      Walk away and get rid of the  
    then come back and talk about it rationally.

      take a step back and regroup.  usually just a few seconds is enough to get me calm.

      it depends...usually walk away for a bit but at home i'll scrub tile, tubs, floors, sinks whatever until the anger subsides then approach the problem from a new angle
