If you still owe the bank yet get a hold of your loan officer.
Explain your problem, maybe they would put pressure on the dealer to make it right. You know , we wont finance cars you wont guarantee.

my truck was broken into. my tom tom and my work nextel was stolen and i am still fighting with a crappy car dealership where i bought my truck from becuause they didnt fix my truck right and now it is not working right. geeze cant anything go right lol. oh well life goes on i suppose.

It won't hurt to go see a lawyer concerning deceptive practices; maybe they can give you advice on how to proceed against the dealership that sold you that truck, and assured you that it was fixed. Also, before the lawyer, go to a reputable mechanic shop where they can tell you in writing that the defect is due to a manufacturer problem that was not addressed properly from the beginning. if you need some help getting the repair let me know. i once got a dealership to put a Jasper engine in a used Jeep Cherokee i bought from them...3mos past warranty and at no cost to me laugh
