Many things on this site are not run by said rules. The sex and dating forum is x rated not r. There are attacks on a dailey basis and there are pictures posted that are of comics, animals etc and that is also prohibited. So it seems to be a pick and choose as to which rules are enforced and who can get away with what. There are no rules on posting pictures of other objects. Only rule as far as pictures are nudity and posting pictures claiming to be them and your not. Other wise you may post other type of pictures you want to and no one is required to post personal pictures.

It does say that and it is against the rules. Actually it says YOU SHOULD BE IN ALL PHOTOS. It does not say you must be or that it is required. Due to this is considered a dating site they say you should be in the photo's in order for others to see who they may be interested in talking to. But it is not required that you have too. Many as myself put up other pictures but I do have pictures within my profile.

part of the USA or not? are we not allowed to say what we want or ask the questions we want or is this site run under another country? As far as i know we are still allowed to have free speech and allowed to say what we want when we want no matter what it is............has this changed because of the internet .......do we no longer have a freedom of speech.........are we no longer allowed to ask questions about each other on the internet............remind me again where we are all living..............i no longer feel i live in the US of A you will do as the voices in my head command you to do!

Well, the thing to remember is that this is a privately-owned site -- and the site owners have every right to establish rules for the members who sign up. Basically, when you sign up, you're agreeing to abide by the Terms of Use (and there's a link to them at the bottom of the screen) -- I think the legal term is "implied consent," i.e., there's a mutual understanding that the rules of the site will be adhered to, as a condition of your being allowed to join and participate here. You wouldn't expect to go into a place of business and start throwing things and screaming at people, would you? Or to someone's house? This is really not all that different. It has nothing to do with being in the US -- it has to do with being privately owned and operated. Of course, you're always free to start your own site and run it any way you see fit....

You have rights via the Constitution of the United States. JSH also has rights due to their ownership as this is their site, domain, etc. They absolutely have the right to determine what is acceptable on their property.

4) No explicit, sexual, offensive, insulting or vulgar language. The JustSayHi forums are rated PG-13. The only exception is the Sex and Dating forum which is rated R, NOT X. i see this in general everyday...............why are boobs and ****s allowed

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights only protects you from the Government and its agents, not against private individuals or companies. In other words, the gov't can't take away your free speech, but JSH can. no the constition give us the right to say what we want when we want in the US This is an internet dating site. A privately held company. In so much as it is privately held, I could not call you a scum sucking whiny infected pus filled pubic hair or anything like that cause it would get me in trouble. As a privately owned web site they have the right to set the rules as they see fit and to change them any time they see fit. Like I said before. Option 2 for you would be to start your own site instead of trying to twist someone else's arm. I should hope your site will be as popular and fun as this one is. You could name it "Just Say Anarchy"? Just a thought.

I rest my case. Some rules of drama and insults fly without any punishment and continue no end. Sex and Dating can go off the deep end and it does not bother owners that people are discussing how much you can swallow? Semantics about whether a picture is required; I read that to say it is. Rules are selectively enforced here and some can get away with saying anything in any manner.
