I'm a light sleeper...the room has to be pitch black and there can be NO noise...I have to have the room cold (like I set the A/C at 68 degrees year round) and I have to have a fan running... I know, I am a weirdo...

Depends on how tired I'd be, but when things aren't working well (well, bleep bleep), very light sleeper.

I learned how to get really good sleep in the military. I have fallen asleep on stacks of pallets in the back of trucks moving down unpaved roads. Nowadays, I sleep about 3 hours at a time, twice a day, and will only wake when the matress is on fire, or the bladder is full.
