The sunrise is a vision,
Beautiful, bright, warm and clear.
Coming over the horizon,
As we’re just sittin here.

Drinking our mornin coffee,
Thinking about the day.
Just your sweet company,
Makes everything okay.

Your sweet, delicious smile,
That I have come to know and love,
Makes even a pleasant rain,
Seem like heaven above.

Thinking of our future,
which is not yet to be.
makes knowing and loving you,
just a bigger mystery.

For you, I have a question,
The answer, I do not know.
What are your feelings for me,
It seems they do not show.

The answer, I may not like,
But the honest truth, is all I seek.
Could you spend your life with me,
Forever and ever is what I speak.

Feeling you by my side,
I know my heart stands true.
I could weather a million storms,
Standing there next to you.

Protecting you from the weather,
the sun, the hail and the snow.
I would do anything in the world,
Just to let you know.

I am here till the end of time,
through the good, the bad and the old of age.
I want us to be a true love story,
living and writing every single page.

Now that my feelings are known,
I don’t know what else to say.
You are my world, my everything,
And I would hope, that is okay.

For my sweetheart, if it is not,
and your feelings, have come and gone.
I guess I really should be going,
I will depart before the dawn.
