shaden i removed mine for i didnt have insurance.... and it went from being ok to a root canal in 3 months and the three months before i had just had a root canal...< had insurance then> not again 3 months later i said just take the damned thing out u cant see it anyway... not worth the pain.... and the one before it i spent like 6k on.... had a 2 part root canal that failed and caused other issues... just pull that sucker cause im not going through this again.... lol maybe later on ill have a inplant put there but till then im not in pain and it wont cost me another 6-10k for one tooth

I am not recommending this but back in the day before I had insurance and when I was really poor, I actually pulled out my own tooth. I just kept working at it and wiggling it until I made it loose and then I just yanked it. Sick, huh? But I was mad with pain and had no money.

PRAYER FOR HEALING

Father, I believe in the name of Jesus that I am healed, according to 1 Peter 2:24. It is written in your Word that Jesus himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. So with great boldness and confidence I say on the authority of the Word that I am redeemed from the curse of sickness, and I refuse to tolerate its symptoms. Satan, I speak to you in the name of Jesus that you and all your agents of darkness are bound from operating against me in any way. I plead the Blood of the Lamb over me and remind you that the Blood is against you. I dwell in the secret place of the Most High God. I abide under the shadow of the Almighty, whose power no foe can withstand. Thank you Father that I am healed in Jesus's name. Thank you Jesus that you took the strips upon your back that I can and do walk in healing and health!!

I don't think dentists will pull teeth while they are infected or abscessed, they want the infected treated first. I am pretty sure that is why he put you on an antibiotic and pain killer to try to get the infection down first. If you have been on the antibiotic for 36 to 48 hours and the infection is not getting better (the fever is not going down and pain is not better, etc.) then you need to call the dentist, most have after hours on-call numbers and coverage, and I also think you need to get to an emergency room. You may need IV antibiotics to get the infection treatment started. The infection may be resistant to the one you are on. Tooth infections can cross into the blood stream and into the brain and be fatal, these people are right. Go to the ER, please take care of yourself. As for your family, call the police if your brother gets near you.
