It means she didn't turn her head and puke, but is she interested....who knows, I smile at most people when passing.... Doesn't mean I want to date them.

Next time look back and if she does then maybe she was being more than just friendly. I dont know either thats why im single also.

I also smile and acknowledge most people when passing by but there have been many a time when I have wished the man would have approached me and initiated a conversation...

I guess it would all depend on the vibe you were getting, if you also found her attractive and whether you were willing to take that chance/risk!

My... what a tough job to make that first move:wink:

This drives me crazy, but I am learning that if you take a chance and say "Hi, how are you?" you can actually get them to stop and then you can get a better idea as to whether it is just a friendly smile in passing or something more. I am really shy, so I practice on everyone I see that looks friendly, men and women. My hope is that it will become more natural so when I so someone that i am really interested in I will be able to overcome my fears.
