it really depends on what they went for but if they are the type of person can't stay out of prison i probably wouldn't be with them anyways..

Depends on what they did. If they were an idiot, then so long papa. You made your bed, and I am not lying in it.

If they were guilty, C-YA....

If they were innocent.... depends.

Yes, if I believed in my heart, he was innocent of the charge.

depends on what it was for and even then I probably wouldn't be able to answer unless I were in the situation... I've found in life that you don't always know what you'll do until in the situation...

I don't think, "It depends on what she did," matters. If she did something so heinous, would it matter if she was caught or imprisoned? Would you want to be with her anyway, knowing she was capable of such an action?

Devil's advocate says, "What if while imprisoned she received help and came out a better person?"

I think what matters the most is the strength of the relationship, regardless of what the person did. Doesn't love conquer all?

nope, I wouldnt wait. The fact that they went to prison would be enough.
