Calliope comes from the kitchen. "Draven, I overheard you from in the kitchen. Are the orcs that close?" She looks at his wound. She runs to the bar and grabs a bottle of liquor to clean the wound

She grabs the rags from Draven. "Here let me do that!"

i was walking along and caught a smell of putrid flesh, and as i turned they attacked me, i knew they were not the brightest in the land, but i didnt know they would attack someone like me. but i know that the few that got away are all wounded so i know they will be looking for revenge
|

i think they got the point when 2 attacked me at once and i caught one on my horns and impaled him and cut the other in half with my axe
|

She listens to him talk in a fast tone. "Relax Draven, settle down so I can clean your wounds." She pours the liquor on the bite mark. It stings horribly, but Draven shows no reaction.

*Rathil enters the inn and takes a seat at one of the tables. He tips his hat to everyone in the bar but doesn't say a thing.*

I know, that is why the town has been put on lockdown. Nobody should be out there at all. I am kind of curious how you made it outside the gate to begin with. Town has been closed down for two days.

its not too hard, they saw i had been attacked and they let me in, it was a guard thats there most nights when i come in. that band will think twice before attacking anyone like me again though. and if i find the remnants of that band i will allow them to join their brethren in death

Well I will make sure the marshall knows his guards are not following orders then. The gate is not to be opened at all. Neither to let people out or let anyone in. It is good you made it back in this time. Although until further notice there is no more leaving the city at all. |

You all are not ready for these fights that are to come. Which is why I expect to see each and every one of you either learning under Barbus or myself until we feel you can be an asset in the field. |

You will have your chance to kill as many orcs as you like soon enough. Patience must be learned first I fear. Too many of you are too willing to run off and die to kill a few orcs. |

orcs i know i can handle, there are a few bodys out in the woods to prove that. as far as demons, i will do what i can, but i am not a magic being

 I'll tell you what we are going to do, *Barbus appears out of thin air* we, are going to sit here, and sort things out, we cannot all just bust out of here and fight the evils that have us locked in here like prisoners without a plan, that is the way people get killed. Lets figure out exactly what we are dealing with, how many, and divise a way to use what little we got to take em out. First lesson in combat, Strategy.
