im so glad i quit, if you want to know how, just ask I quit cold turkey..i ended up in the hospital ER on Thanksgiving with a huge asthama attack they couldn't stop..and I vowed to never again light up..and I haven't! |

I quit over 16 years ago. Just been sick with bronchial pneumonia, trying to finish college, sick as a dog..woke up and reached for my cigs and thought DAMN how dumb is this! I am about to die here not being able to breathe and I'm reaching for smokes. So, I through them at my hubby and said, "don't ever buy me a blankity Blank pack of cigs. as Long as I live!" He smiled an put them on dresser and said, they will be right here...
Well, I meant what I said... Everytime I wanted a cig...I went for a jog... Got in best shape of my life! 5 months later got pregnant (hadn't previously been able to conceive)! I can breathe now with my purdy li'l pink lungs

I stopped about 4 years ago, because I was seriously sick very often. I smoked a package per day and I stopped from one day to another. For every cigarette I wanted to smoke I went out for running... it was no struggle, at all. Now I'm great on sports and have more money.

i smoke marlboro lights... they made the paper fire safe because too many people would fall asleep smoking. as long as you take a drag like every 2 mins it stays lit Who falls asleep with a torch in their mouth...dumbasses... Cigarettes have been redone to burn inward on themselves so that they go out unless they are dragged on or in enough wind. This is to reduce the number of fires caused by (insert any number of adjectives) smokers.
