I poured Hydrogen Peroxide in her ear, and gave her a couple motrin. I think one or both helped.

when Nicole gets an earache, I give her 2 tsps of Motrin every 8 hours. it works wonders. better than tylenol
|

To clean it out, kill any infection...
I clean my ears with HP all the time. |

tsk tsk, Wyatt, you never do that. you get specific medications for ear aches. If it is just an ache, she will be fine on just motrin. If it is an infection, she will be burning up, you need to take her to a doctor.

If it is an infection, she will be burning up, you need to take her to a doctor. No fever, I'm thinking swimmers ear.... But a Dr. once told me that cleaning your ears with HP is good for them (it helps loosen & disolve excess wax)...I've done it for 20+ yrs.... |

Honestly Hasidic - I think it was more of me taking the time to try something and sit with her more that anything. She's at a tough stage anyway - and not having her mom doesn't make it any easier.
