Don't get down on yourself. It'll happen when it happens. It just takes longer for some than for others. Hell, I didn't even get my first kiss till I was 35 . Sad but true. I wanted to be in love but was too afraid to let myself get close to anyone, then one day BOOM, it happened. You are still quite young my friend, with lots of life ahead of you. Take everyone's advice and try to have some fun. While you're out there doin' your thing you just might meet "the one" who's also out there doin' her thing, which turns out to be both your thing. Sounds like a great place to start anyway, doesn't it? Good luck and don't despair. You need to have faith and keep putting yourself out there.

I beg to differ. Love won't come running after you, lust will. Can love grow from lust? Sure, but it can be hard to tell when it happens if it happens because your emotions are already confused by the lust. Get lucky if you must, I mean you're just a guy like most guys out there. If you are looking for "True Love" though, then you should let the lust wait for the love to grow first. That is what turns getting laid into making love. Most guys don't know the difference or even understand that concept unfortunately.

I unfortunately am not lik most men. I do not go out lusting for women. I've haven't had any good past experiences with sex. I was left quite disappointed.

I am unlike most men in the entire universe. I can't just go out and get laid, even though now I realize how easy that can be. I have to have feelings for someone before I would even consider it. That is why I have only ever made love (or even kissed) one person in my entire life. I haven't "got any" in years since my divorce (long story there, email me if you wanna know). I think I would rather remain celibate rather than become a male slut. The emotional connection is just too important to me. Maybe I can help you figure things out some, or at least understand a little more why you are feeling the things you do. There is NOTHING WRONG with you. You are just a little different from other people. Different can be good, but it makes finding someone you can fall in love with just that much harder.

When you are looking for love there is something missing in your own life......yes it would be nice to have someone keep you company and do "other" things with but if you are just looking for love because you need inner peace then youre really not loving and in it only for yourself!!

There are all kinds of love. I have found that love for my fellow human beings and helping them out whenever I can gives me a good feeling inside. Will that ever replace being in love with the right woman? Of course not, but it helps me get over the rough spots which seem to be coming at an ever increasing rate lately. You need to find something that makes you feel good about yourself, or life, or others.... Whatever helps you feel better, then go with it. At least it may help a little.
