The darkness is calling me,

Pumping throughout,
This sickness is now in my veins,
Nothing can bring me back,
Faith is a thing you lack,
Hollowed through heart ache and pain,
Still you try to bring me,
Into the light,
Knowing I won't come with ease,
My failing and deafened ears,
Even through your veil of tears,
I still won't hear your pleas,
Yet you persist,
Though you clench you fist,
You refuse to give up on me,
I am a lost cause,
Yet you won't pause,
Even though you've seen me bleed,
You hold on tightly,
Feeling yourself go,
I've brought you to your knees,
Now I can't stand any more,
I kneel to you on the floor,
I hate what I've done to you,
Wrapping you tightly,inside my arms,
I Whisper " I love you too."


~this was a song I was writing last year before the band fell apart, it
never developed, but I though it made a damn good poem

like a shroud, its amazing a breath of air & a lil light, changes the
whole world around us.
