Hello!! It has been awile so I thought I would say hello also!
I went on a date from someone I met on another site and it went well, I think we might go to the zoo next weekend. It is nerve wreaking to meet someone new but after the initial 5 minutes I was not as nervous. How do you get over the initial fear? Anyone want to share there online dating experience? |

I ve dated 2 people from online. Both whom were very comfortable the
entire tme we dated. the 1st lasted a few months, until i found out the reason she was running or wanted to move to CT was she was wanted in her area  .the 2nd i dated for four years, and we are friends still, we had no bad experiences, just a situational breakup. |

and panicky and AAAAAAAAAAA!!! with people ,,it can be very comical ,,it will get easier on the second date ,,and even easier on the third ,,it is natuaral to be all nervous ........ good luck !!

I understand completely. I have cancled dates because I was WAY to
afraid to meet them But now and I know it is going to sound strange but now I bring my MP3 player. I will wear my hair down and have the head phones under my shirt so he can not see it. And just have a comfort song playing. It makes me feel a little more at ease and then when I feel comfortable I will excuse my self goto a washroom and take my head phones off. |

well shag, I have the same, but not because I have a date, but just because I have a fear to start dating,, but Im trying to do it anyway, the only way is to feel sure of yourself and know that you are special and no matter what your always have yourself, what can happen? you may find that he is the man you really need and want and if he is not then moving on girl!!! |
