who want to go with me? I hear Osaka is one HELL of a place to visit. It's not stuffy like Tokyo is- it's all about the food and the booze out there... "drink and eat yourself to oblivion" I believe the slogan is there.

I was in Okinawa which is not quite Japan although it is part of Japan just don't call the older people japanese unless you want you ass kicked

I plan on going to Japan hopefully within 2 yrs I deifinitely want to check out Tokyo, Nagoya, Okinawa. And some other places like Harajuku district.

Ok I'll remember to add that to the list. remember the further you get away from u.s. bases over there the friendlier people are. It is a great culutre, but you have to get away from the mainstream to really get a fel for it. osaka is also a great place to visit, but more western than I liked to experience on my trips

I want to go Kitsune hunting in Japan! No guns or dogs are allowed on that fox hunt! That means trips to all over the place! Maybe a dip in the hot springs of Mt Fuji are called for as well! I know a way to impress a Japanese person. Show them what a REAL pizza is (and if you can make your own it is a serious plus). What they call pizza in Japan is disappointing! Then I want to go on a shopping spree in Singapore!
