I know this question has been asked before...but still... I DON'T GET IT!! How come you can email back and forth with a guy, IM, and talk on the phone...plan to meet.things seem to really click..then he backs off with some excuse, work or something....then fades into the night without a word....DON'T WASTE MY TIME!!!!

I know that is frustrating. Sometimes you have to ask the hard questions and see what the responses are. Just try to remind yourself to go slow. sometimes there may be a connection, but it just might not be enough for the other person. Somes times people get wrapped up in everything, and when they stop to think about everything then they choose to back off. Just hope that they are honest with you. If not, then it wasn't meant to be and let them go.

A big problem I run into is men just plain not having the balls to tell someone they aren't interested anymore

So sorry (((((hugs))))) I'm am sort of glad that aparently I'm not the only one this happened to...... Still sucks though I took it as a lesson learned. I'll be a LOT more careful next time. Just have to be careful not to get too cynical.
