im a chef so this is pretty funny stuff... i managed to mess up as in burn the crap out of a 4 gallon batch of alfredo sauce recently :) Oh jeez! I can just imagine how that must have been. Let us bow our heads to the poor dish washers of this world who clean up our mess.

I was cooking broccoli on a low flame so it wouldn't cook so fast and then was distracted on JSH and all the water boiled out and burnt the broccoli and pot and the smell nearly knocked me over.

put eggs on to boil...about an hour later remembered them...not a good smell at all!!
