Most political analysts are saying that Obama and Clinton are “splitting the party” and they will have a tough time uniting when the time comes. I think that this prolonged primary is actually helping them. The spotlight is on them. Everyday there is something in the news about both of them, while McCain is in obscurity. Any publicity is good publicity right? I think in the end, keeping the democrats on everybody’s mind through the spring and early part of summer will help whoever gets the nomination in August.

We had an open discussion about this at school one day.
Most of those who support Clinton said they will not vote for Obama if he wins the nomination, and visa versa.

Most Independents said they will not vote for Clinton (period), and if she is on the ticket with Obama they will not vote for him.

The Independents did say, almost all, that if Obama is the democrat nominee without Clinton on the ticket then they will vote for him.

The Democratic Party preventing democratic processes through disenfranchisement of the voters in Michigan and Florida. Millions of votes will go uncounted. And, Obama supports this. CHANGE.

Michigan and Florida broke the rules by holding their primaries earlier than allowed by national party rules.

Those rules were crystal clear in advance, but Michigan and Florida chose to deliberately break those rules, so now they should get a pass?

Well this isn't over with and it just may be that they will count the votes for Florida and Michigan.

And the vote in 2000 was stolen.

A conservative-leaning Supreme Court should not have even entered into the decision, but they did, and the rest we know.

A trillion-dollar deficit, lost lives in Iraq, Katrina and that just scratches the surface.
