Topic: How good are you at saying, "no"?

It's very hard for me to say no. I've always been a pushover. But I'm slowly getting better at saying no.

I am just HORRIBLE at it...I can get the nnnnnn out...but it is a itty bitty nnnnnnn and the oooooo gets stuck somewhere between my gut and my heart...Yes is hard form me too...I can do ye..........LP!
