Job implies work. As for management skills, well call me crazy, and the state of Ohio would agree, but if I have to interview someone, the first thing I do is make sure their day is clear and go bowling with them. I figure if they're going to screw off on the job, I ought to know if I'm going to be able to tolerate them as a person and getting away from the work place often brings out their real qualities. |
