I had to work with some kids in a drug rehab facility before. Worst thing I ever had to watch... when they were tied to a table and a stick was in their mouth so they wouldn't convulse and bite off their tongue. There was a big explosion here the other day from a crystal meth lab... illegal drugs are just evil stuff.

I'd go to the party and bring my own soda and popcorn. Do you know how entertaining idiots that use drugs are? It's better than cable and dish netquirk. If Steve Irwin had lived, he would have eventually discovered the odd life forms known as tweekers, geekers and crackheads. Before they kill themselves with the drug, he'd observe them doing things that would at minimum, give them honorable mention for the Anti-Darwin awards, if not winning them, thus improving the gene pool.

Seriously, if your dad mentioned that a party had drugs, and allowed you to go anyway, you should fire that dad and ask social services to get you a new one.

That's one really sad thing about drugs... it lowers your inhibitions so much sometimes, you can't see what kind of damage you're doing all around you.

If you are there, and there is a bust... see ya. I don't hang out with people who use drugs (other than THC) and I cannot understand why you would. Under the influence of drugs, they are not even themselves anyhow. Why bother?

Stick to what you know is right. Who cares what a bunch of drug users or those who condone drug use think of your choice to be a in a sober environment.

If they are upset, they are not at all your friends. True friends don't engage in behaviors that would embarass you or make you uncomfortable and then blame you for that. JMO
