If the "Damn Democrats" had common sense, Edwards would be their candidate for President.

Seeing that Obama's campaign plagiarized his, who better to be his running mate. Maybe he will give Obama's empty lip service validity and sustenance!

It doesn't matter who "I am better than you Obama picks for VP" because if they don't nominate Hillary they can kiss my vote and everyone's I know goodbye. We will vote for McCain whether we like him or not before seeing that ***** of a wife of OBama's occupying the White House. She also thinks she is better than everyone else. I don't see either of them or any of their kin listed as U.S. veterans. Because he is a wimp.

McCain's voting record does not reflect support for veterans.

Just the opposite.

I watched the Senate Select Committee hearings on the POW/MIA's and I watch McCain do everything in his power to railroad the POW groups.
I really don't have alot of respect for the guy, let alone think he'd be good for the Job of Prez.

Fanta,

Keep an open mind. You might change your choice by November.

The main problem I have with John McCain is that he will be forever tied to the Bush-Rove neocons.

He panders to the right-wing, even though he is closer to the center.

They (his handlers) are not going to allow him too much leeway.

Besides, the guy is a major hawk.

If I had someone making decisions at 3 am in the morning, I would rather it be someone with a cooler head than John McCain, who is liable to get us into another damn war with someone, probably Iran.

That will really bankrupt this country.

You think you've seen hard times with repossessed homes, rising gas prices and rising food costs.

Brother, you ain't seen NOTHING yet if the Republicans get back in power!!!

Sheesh. Why not Hillary for VP?

There is no end to the Clintons or their former cabinet members' sense of entitlement.

Don't think Obama has the nomination wrapped up...

There's going to be some backroom deals that'll really upset some people when it's over with...

Before I started laughing,
I was going to say Carville is as delusional as Hillary.
He still thinks she has a chance.
He and some others have offered to pay the cost of the State of Florida's primary if they will allow it!
