Before, because I don't eat until I get to work in the mornin' but on the weekends I brush them after.

I use my teeth to put whole and tear through skin.....kind of like flossing with human skin and bones ^^

After breakfast lunch and dinner, I floss after breakfast and dinner, and I use mouthwash at night.

i'm well, can't complain. i'm puppy-sitting for my room mate how are you? I'm doing alright, just pretending to work on a paper... probably not sleeping tonight because I've been bad at doing it all day and it's due tomorrow.. but whats a few all night paper writing sessions here and there
