Topic: Vengence Is Mine

So this man Has done you wrong Does this vengence To you belong That crooked man Has crossed your path Does that justify Your grieveous wrath This woman is A wicked thief Does that mean You can cause her grief Your next door neighbor Beats his wife Does that give you the right To take his life These three men Murder and maim Does that allow you To cause them pain This man is your enemy Or so you say Does this mean For him you'll pray You say this woman Has stolen from you Look within before judging Is your heart true You say this man Spared not the rod But is it the Right path On which you trod You say these men Are filled with hate Take a hard look Is your life straight These words are sharp Just like a sword "Vengence is Mine" Sayeth the Lord The following are the verses I took this from. Deuteronomy 32:35 Proverbs 20:22 Proverbs 24:29 Luke 6:27-38 Matthew 5:43-48 Hebrews 10:30

And that day of vengeance is in His heart. God loves righteous judgment, and the judgment to render to those who break God's laws are written. However, we are not a people that knows God is real (yet) so I would just try to warn those who do wrong - this is a duty of a servant of God.

That's why I just sit back and say, God will take care of them for me...He knows what is right and what they've done. It is not for me to judge or question why. That was a very good write sweetie.
