No, not anymore than parents need to talk about how much they love their kids and that they come first.
My love for my son is immeasurable, but I don't put that in my profile. This is about me. I have in there I have a child, and if the reader can't figure out that he comes first without me having to say it, then well... insert insult here. We all want real, honest people. Writing that out just seems so trite. Repetitive, sort of like saying, hey, I'm single. Duh.... |
