Glad you are feeling better. Hope you have cut down or out the caffeine. Hopefully it was just stress and things will quiet down now. May do you some good to check into a counselor and talk out your issues, you commented you felt better after discussing an issue with your mom. There are free programs out there, pastors, etc., just a thought. I hate to think of anyone suffering. I have had chest pains myself and know how scary they are. If they start up again, I would go back to the emergency room, just to ensure they are nothing serious. Stay on top of them, we do care about you.
Will keep you in my prayers. Eat good food, lower your salt intake, etc. Take care. |

Actually I barely ever drink coffee... maybe 2 or 3 frappachinos in a week, if that, and I don't drink soda, so caffeine isn't an issue. I eat pretty healthy most of the time and try to limit my junk food/fried food intake. Yoga's been helping me relax more these days, but the stress level couldn't be helped this time around. It was an issue that had to deal with someone putting restrictions on a huge part of my life, and I had to confront them about it for the 3rd time. Talking with my mom helped me realize how big of an issue it was for me and I realized right then when the palpitations stopped that I couldn't let it go and had to speak up. The other person didn't listen and respect my wishes until they realized how much stress it actually caused. |
