It's like ridding a bicycle. When you fall off you get right back on. Yes it is difficult, but even when it happens time after time, it does not get easier. Just pick iup the pieces and rebuild.

you don't. You wait till the boys are grown up and out of the house. You buy a harley. You take some of that ching you stashed. You say screw bangor maine and move to the west coast for awhile and vacation and recreation. Clear your head of that notion that you're codependent of a relationship in your life. Then you start accomplishing amazing things and you take pride in your accomplishments. Sounds good on paper anyways.
