it says to load in jpeg,bitmap,or gif. pix,
but my gif pix don't work... they load up...but some of them move or sparkle... that feature does not work... can you tell me why? |

The issue is that we perform several manipulations on the images that
you upload to the site. We add the JustSayHi logo, we resize them and create thumbnails, etc. The software we use to do this won't work on animated gifs. The problem isn't displaying animated gifs on the site - it's being able to manipulate them as we need to to display them on a profile. |
