Then they came out with a movie called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children released last year, which follows the story of FFVII 3 years after the video game. Now Crisis Core on the PSP follows the same storyline from the console version set 7 years prior

ZOMG! Your missing out. FFVIII was great too, but FFVII is the only FF series that they kept going by making a movie and a prequel game. One of the few games in which kills off a character, I won't say who lol!

I already know how FFX ends too before I had a chance to finish it. I tried playing FFVII again a few months back, but I just wasn't really drawn in by the story. Maybe I'll try it again some other time.

The story at first doesn't really develop till you leave the city and he actually explains as to whats been going on. It's worth the gameplay. It's really well done. Give it a chance again when you do. FFX...I stopped playing I think somewhere in the middle. I couldn't continue. Didn't finish it

I'm not really into FFVII. I've got to be one of the only people. i don't like any of the FF games.i don't like the idea of your character makes an attack then you wait then the enemy makes an attack....etc,personally IMO it's retarded

hahah well i can say it took a fairly large chunk out of my life never spent so many hours on game so many hours not even ocarina of time took half as long

It came out for the SNES in '95 and was later ported to the PS1. The PS1 version was CT along with FFIV and called Final Fantasy Chronicles. If you haven't played it I HIGHLY recommend it.
