Yes and I have always stuck to it. No use in hurting them worse later on down the road.

Yes, I've felt badly, guilty. But there's nothing worse for a relationship than TRYING SO HARD to reciprocate because you feel guilty. It no-worky!!

not unless i led them to believe the friendship or relationship was more than it actually was if i never treated them as anything other than a friend and they fell for me, i cant feel guilty, i would feel sad that they hurt but i wouldnt blame myself or feel guilty about it |

yes, I feel bad.. but I also think it is worse to lead someone on. Yes, I agree with you about it being worse to lead someone on but I found myself caught up in how good it felt just being with someone again ,until his controling behavior started to shine through |
