A Dreames Wishes

Walk with me a silver at low tide
Atop the cool and shifting sand
While the sun sizzles slowly into the ocean
Let my dreams transmit through my hands

If I could dream of a wish of perfection
And this dreamers wish came true
I'd dream a jinnie right from their bottle
And here's what I'd wish for you.

I'd fill your pockets full of bright spring mornings
And hide rainbows in your shoes
I'd chip off a small piece of heaven
And bring a twinkling star to you.

Let you taste a bite of the milky way
And leave your footprints on the moon
Where we'd danced across the universe
And sing you a happy tune.

Drink a toast to you with the small dipper
Filled with starlite and champaine
Pick a bouquet of stars for the who you are
And start each day of your life the same....
