Ok the last time I heard one about a chick showing up for a date at a sports bar in a prom dress and that really made me laugh. Anyone else have any JSH dating disasters? I need to smile tonight and yes I laugh at other peoples' misfortune because it makes me feel better about my own.

I almost canceled in the first day due to an excess of emails and mutual matches..... it died down eventually.

Well I had a blind date once..from Just Say Hi..and I call them blind dates, because most of the time you really don't know what you are getting yourself in to..and this date, well he was living proof of that..lol
umm lets just say..he did not look anything like his pics..lol
I was expecting Brad Pitt (lol) and umm well he was about 100lbs off..and then his personality was soo annoying in real life..

A ladie wrote me, she said she liked my profile and was excited about talking 2 me, We began writting eachother. we chated live with eachother And she suddenly realized that i was more than a few years yonger than she. I never have figured that out.

Alas hun, you DID put that line in, though not in as many words. You wrote that one nighters, and gamers need not apply (paraphrased of course ), thus yuo offered them all a challange to prove you wrong in that area.
I know, it's sad, that when you tell them what yuio want, everyone thinks you mean the opposite. But hey we are talking about the common man/boy here, right? the majority of whom can not believe that a woman might want something more serious than a one nighter, let alone refuse anything other than.

I will give you a disaster, but I don't know that it is laughable.

I met and talked to a female for a little while on this site. We emailed, IM'd, and talked on the phone for a while. I liked her personality, and I felt that I got along with her well. Since she lived a distance away, I took a trip to visit her. The plane ride was a disaster and I landed at 12:15 in the morning - 4.5 hours later than planned, without luggage and sorely lacking sleep. To top off the whole thing, the person I was supposed to meet no longer wished to meet me. So I spent a weekend by myself in a hotel room in a different state.

wow...sorry about that she was a very rude person....i liked the man that made the trip to see me....we are still friends.... and he tell's me he will never forget me.... had the most laughs he has had in years......he will be returneing to our fair state Arizona again......again sorry you mmde the trip for a let down
