I really feel I will change jobs august 1st. I opened my job offer and compensation package from my new job and was pleasantly shocked. Basically retirement plan, pension, and two grand a week. Yowsa.

My current boss of 16 years isn't even going to see what's coming. He's going to think I'm on vacation for 35 days. And when he calls when I don't return to work he will call and get a "Sorry, the number you have reached is no longer in service!"

And all my family have changed their numbers. So when he calls them he will get the same.

But I got some bad news. The black ford econoline van with the black wheels and black windows and no license plates? The punisher van? Teaches people valuable lessons as it drives over them? Gone. Dismantled, cut up, scrapped. Very sad. I need to nominate that van for above and beyond the call of duty in helping stupid people reach their goal of being a nominee of darwin awards. It shall be missed.

We talked. Discussed, pondered and agreed that it was best to make it disappear. Its karma was compromised. Its been gone a few weeks. Ground up, melted, made into steel rebar already. We all wanted a piece of it- a momento. Crazy brian of all people said sternly- no evidence. Oh well.

But otherwise things are well. This weekend I turn over my chopper to the guy who bought it. I move my kz400 cafe racer over to the guys garage that bought it. And I seen my freind doc today. He bought a 67 GTO convertable with 40000 miles on it at barrett jackson. And he bought a mint old triumph bonneville like mine. I put the word out my AMF harley mini bike is for sale- highest bidder- price negotiable. I have no room for it. Wish I could keep it but no room.

Have you noticed a lot of hardware coming up for sale? Knives and sword collections popping up everywhere. I'm seeing a lot of hardware cheap. Some nice collectables. Actually seen a cobra skin walking cane concealing a sword. I liked that.
