To stay on a diet?? I need to, but I am having a real hard time with it!!

I was raised by vegetarian hippies who had a new diet every few months. So, not really.

I dont diet...I just make sure I don't eat too much of the wrong things and I excercise. If I want a burger today, tomorrow I enjoy a chicken salad..if I want some chocolate...I eat a little bit and I go for a jog...simple mathematics...expend what you take in dont take in more than you can expend.

Me, I LOVE food... but am trying low-cal, low-fat breakfasts & lunches - and eating better in the evening. Add exercise, and I've lost maybe 10 pounds in six months. Slower going than I'd like, but I won't give up food that tastes yummy!
