Quite difficult without exercise. Getting sick is a sure way to lose a few pounds.

diet dont work, you have to change your lifestyle and habits... i know its hard... just just change little things at a time.

i can make cookies and not eat any. excersize helps 2

I dont diet...I just make sure I don't eat too much of the wrong things and I excercise. If I want a burger today, tomorrow I enjoy a chicken salad..if I want some chocolate...I eat a little bit and I go for a jog...simple mathematics...expend what you take in dont take in more than you can expend.

laugh Me, I LOVE food... but am trying low-cal, low-fat breakfasts & lunches - and eating better in the evening. Add exercise, and I've lost maybe 10 pounds in six months. Slower going than I'd like, but I won't give up food that tastes yummy!

yep agree i may go over cals one day but then i get back on track i lost 16 lbs already
