diet dont work, you have to change your lifestyle and habits... i know its hard... just just change little things at a time.
thanx! I'm going to start with my exercise bike again, I'll try to change what I eat!

start with eating healthier .... when you go to the grocery store, try not to go down the aisles... the healthier food is usually on the outside walls.... read and compare products... look for fat and sugar content... substitute healthier food into your diet a little bit at a time... then start portion controls, slowly limit yourself to 1800 to 1500 calories... do a food diary and track what exactly you are eating... if you are an emotional eater... write down what you ate and why you did or what you were feeling at the time.... don't weight yourself every day... limit it to once a month or once every two months.... because your weight will fluxuate when you start an exercise routine.... walk at least 30 minutes every day at a brisk pace.

I know that this is all lovely advice, and I know that it is still tough.... if you have a bad day... just remember you can start all over the next day!!!

Go for it, stick with it. My advice: keep trying new dishes, keep things interesting.

Have you tried Weight Watchers? The support is fabulous...the accountability works and it's inexpensive...I think it's like $12 a week. I have lost 50 pounds since October...and still lived a life, gone out to eat and it's all about lifestyle change. You cook your own food and live your life!

OMG! It is so hard... and even harder to do the right thing and exercise, especially when you're busy.

It helped me a lot to really stay conscious of what I was eating and making myself stop when I was full. sometimes the flavors are just so good that you eat things you shouldn't or more than you need. Avoiding junk food is also good because that stuff packs on the calories without giving any satisfaction.
