Simple Things in life should always come easy...

Simple things like sharing a cup of coffee
walking side by side
reaching for a hand
elbows looped or just
sitting together
Never having to say a word
cause you know each others thoughts
finishing sentences without being taught
just knowing you are on the same level
and care, really care...
Finding out what you dream about
or where you want to grow old
favorite foods and sweet desserts
that you crave...
Wanting to know what makes you tick
That special place that makes you squeal
when kissed
all the ticklish spots
and so much more...
How many pillows you sleep with
and which side of the bed
Your favorite color
and color of your eyes
and all the whosit's, whatsit's and why's...
When you care, dare to ask
and when you get your answers
commit them to memory and remember
The simple things in life can really mean so very much
in the daily lives of those you love...
Show them, appreciate them
Tell that special person you really care
every single day...
