Thinking of our first kiss.
It would be on the top of my list.
To make sure I did not miss.

For a kiss so sweet would be.
Like being in heaven for me.
You know you could not disagree.
I can not give you a guarantee.

That life would be like a Rose.
Just have to see if our love grows.
Some how one just knows.
That door will never close.

My life is like an open book.
All you have to do is take a look.
Not looking for a man with a big checkbook.
My life has not been like a storybook.

I’m looking for that kiss that is real.
One you can truly know and feel.
Soft and sweet and makes you squeal.
The kind that you know is the real deal.

I dream this dream of mine.
I know that kiss would be so fine.
Like drinking a fine wine.
It would be oh so divine.

Some may say that I’m a dreamer.
I don’t care if you’re a farmer.
And I don’t request that you drive a hummer.
Some may say I’m still a daydreamer.

But, I know that some day.
That kiss will come my way.
Until then I will not stray.
From thinking that kiss will come my way.

Someday there will be a man.
That will want to hold my hand.
And walk with me through the sand.
And when we kiss it will be so grand.

As I wait for that kiss to come my way.
I know it will some where someday.
When it does all will hear me say.
This kiss is the best and here to stay.
