I'll read it more. Promise, and I'll pledge not to add my vote to either side tomorrow. I thought about voting Clinton just to help keep Obama out. Ive read most of that before, and I like a lot of what he SAYS, but the Jeremiah Wright thing is to big to ignore, and his comments about their relationship prove his willingness to deceive! I'll wait to see who gets the Democrat nomination. Right now I'm voting for McCain. There is no way in heck I'll vote Hillary!! November is a ways off, maybe if he wins the nomination, Obama can redeem his self with me, but I doubt it! The Wright thing is pretty condemning, and I cant believe he attended his church all these years without knowing about his anti-American rhetoric. Fanta, Sorry about the delay in response. I got busy. I think we are united in our mutual distain for Billary. Rev. Wright is a smokescreen, don't believe the hype. The conservative talking heads want to keep that issue alive so they don't have to talk about the real issues. Anyway, Obama has basically disowned Rev. Wright and his rhetoric. That should be a dead issue, but, of course, the spin machine will bring it up time and time again because they don't have anything real to offer. Of course the dirty little secret that Republicans don't want you to know is that some of their members are actually racists in disguise. Not the kind that burn crosses or wear hoods, but racists, just the same. Bush Jr., Alberto Gonzales, John Bolton, the screw-ups in Iraq and New Orleans, and a host of other Bush Jr. dismal failures have poisoned the water for Republicans this year, I think. I hope a man like that never again assumes the Office of the President. He has failed this nation, the world, and himself. There is still hope before Nov comes! Maybe the Independents will switch to the Republican side by then. Lets hope so. Ive always said the independents will determine the President. They always do! Fanta, I don't think a majority of Independents will switch to the Dark Side (Republican). I think it's much more likely they will vote for Obama. In NC its hard to tell. The Independents are the only voting block allowed to vote in either parties primary. The pubes can only vote in the pubic primary, and the Dems can only vote in the Demo primary. I saw on UNCTV (PBS) yesterday that almost all were voting Democrat, but that most were voting for Hillary because of your friend Rev Wright. NC has a very large military presence and other than the black Democrats are not very likely to vote for anyone connected to Wright and his anti-American statements! Two weeks ago Obama had a 9 pt lead of Hillary, but that has disappeared, and Hillary is now in the lead. Tuesday will tell though! Fanta, Rev. Wright is not my friend. You must have me mistaken for someone else. |

Wright story is being kept alive as a smokescreen so people won't look at the opinions of those people who are racists and bigots in the Clinton and McCain camps. What of the Rev. John Hagee, who supports McCain, and hates Catholics? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qNi7tPanUA Not all their supporters are racists and bigots, probably not most of them, but some of them are. |

McCain will get his soon enough.....Once Hillary is done for good....both the media and Obama will be coming after him. Yes, and by then he will be properly vetted. Rush Limbaugh's 'Operation Chaos' will backfire. It is true that by encouraging Republicans to register as Democrats, it keeps the Clinton-Obama debate alive. But it also vets Obama by getting all the embarrassing or controversial stuff out of the way early so that when he starts to debate McCain in earnest, those will be dead issues. So by encouraging 'Operation Chaos', Limbaugh is effectively sabotaging John McCain's chances for the Presidency. |

yeah, i kinda decided that voting for a lesser evil is retarded. Although i would much rather see McCain in office than Hillary (due to her extensive connections), he isn't exactly a great candidate. Although his military experience puts him in a better position to make tactical decisions. Im not sure what to make of Obama. He may be harmless at best. Either way, i figured i'd be most likely writing Ron Paul in. He's about the only politician that really had our best interests as a whole on his brain.

The main problem I have with him, and why I probably would not vote for him, is that he is surrounded by strategists tied to George Bush Jr., which means he will try to please the Bush neocons. Who needs another 4 years of Bush Administration policies, most of which have been absolutely disastrous for this country? |
