well rob if they do it they do it you are in public no expectation of privacy and besides if there is no theft report of the weapon in question then the buyer should be jailed and forced into servitude (slavery) to pay for being in jail (not) if they want to video their gun sales then do not buy from them if you do not want videoed

Thanks Big Daddy Mike, but I have a conscience and don't need you to tell me what to think or do. I'm sick and tired of Mr. Moore speaking Ex Cathedra from his enormous belly button, expounding on how he knows what's right for America and trying to shove his leftist liberal views down our collective throats, as if his opinions all the only ones that matter, so we should all hold the same opinions as he does. Micheal is lucky that John Wayne and Chuck Heston aren't around any more...they'd soon fix his little red wagon.

Let's finish one before you start with another. Where in the constitution does it state bail is to be granted for all crimes? Then you flip flop over and say that no, bail should not be granted in all cases. You cannot even make up your own mind before trying to change mine. Stick to one particular argument, prove or disprove it before moving to the next. It becomes quite tiresome.

rob yer the one jumping back and forth i have not said anything about bail since yer post about the law they passed in 87 (i think it was) (i may have made one post following it[maybe]) ..(by the way why did they have to pass a law if not protected)... yer the one stuck in the rut is it you are stuck on bail or is it that you just have no response for the mandatory servitude that has been imposed in some areas for non convicted detainees (which you have said you support) which is what the 13th amendment is about oh yea yer ignoring me now (good plan that way you need not answer) may much good come to you and yours

i have nothing against rob i think most of the time he is correct and usually seems very intelligent he just appears to be burnt out with this discussion which is his right but just cause anyone states anything does not make it so (including no especially me) i gave up trying to change his mind on the excessive bail issue there is no changing his mind (which of us is correct it does not really matter ( it was him that stated he will not respond to my posts anymore not i saying it to him) again his right but either the constitution is or it is not (you can not pick and choose the part you want to follow (and some want it that way [actually most want it that way]) i try not to and i am sure may come across with that attitude on occasion but i try not to the constitution should be taken literally not interpreted just my thought but hey what do i know
