I love fried potatoes. Only it means pealing and boiling potato spears the night before. I've hit the point I hate doing that anymore. Pealing that is. Hmmmm, but it sure sounds yummy. With a little bacon and some onion and garlic. Yeah..... Dang, in the three minutes since I posted this, now I'm actually smelling fried potatoes and bacon.
