i want to be in the best shape i can be this summer

We all do. But..that's a bit obsessive. flowerforyou

why obsessive?

Because there are more important things in life than spending so much time and worry on obtaining zero body fat on a body.

It goes beyond having a healthy, attractive body. It borders on obsessive. IMHO flowerforyou

"best shape" does not necessarily mean being "cut" beyond normal realms.....

Whos gives a crap. I don't like cut bodies like that. I like normalcy.

If you look at the new food pyramid, carbs are heavily desired. We need them for fuel. Protein and carbs combined = energy.

You picked the best, healthiest carbs. But, I can't think of what are dark green carbs. What are you referring to?

Is it an ego thing? You want women to admire your body or you doing it for you?

Oh and don't stop working out.....it will turn to flab laugh

on some level i guess it could be ego
but mostly its somthing
called body dismorphia[its real i did not make it up]
as for women "admiring my body"
if so cool if not also
cool i dont do it for female admiration
its just a great stress relief

You eat quite well. The body does require a variety. Where are the fruits and the rest of the veggies? I am big on raw veggies.

Your workout time is not excessive.

I'm just hoping you're doing a healthy thing and not an obsessive thing. flowerforyou
