This is a ranting post. You've been warned. I need to get this off my chest. I am working on this project at school with this girl who likes to get high. I could care less what she does but now I'm getting affected.

She told me to write something up which I did. I hand it over and she says no that isn't what you are supposed to do. Write about this instead giving me a second topic. I do that and she complains again! I finally asked for the paper to see what she has written. When I get it all she did was cut and paste what I wrote into her section.

Now she is saying she is going to tell the teacher on me if I don't have the paper to her immediately. It's due next Tuesday.

The whole project has been like this.
She says. "Lets use your idea for the project. I want to stay in charge.
She says. "Here's what each of us will write about."

I do the research for my part and thought there was a few things she could use so I send the items to her.
She says: "Wait let's do it this way instead."
She takes the items I researhed and assigns them to herself. She then sees there is some more work to be done so she writes back again.
She says: "You know lets do it how we originally planned." She then assigns herself the easier items once again.

I've been playing along laughing but now it's coming down to me doing everything and with her threat to "tell the teacher" on me I am disgusted. End rant. I have to go get back to work now. Toodles!

Whats funny is her latest critique is that we are missing information. The one I sent last night with a work cited page wasn't good enough. I asked to see the current paper. She sends it saying she doesn't have the work cited. As I am reading it I can see the items she complained weren't there. She had cut and pasted them previously but apparently hadn't read it. LOL!!

You need to confront your teacher.
She is hurting your grade as well and it is not fair to you.
Just let the teacher know there are things going on and you have tried to work it out and deal but you have exhausted all options now and simply can not be partnered up with her and wish to do the assignment solo.

I hate it when there are work together projects or group ones...seems like the work is never evenly distributed....

I wouldn't put up with that. Just because she can't make up her mind your grade shouldn't have to be effected.

Wow! She sounds just wonderful...I'd go to the student advisor or professor and turn her in for plagerism!

I know how you feel. Ive gotten stuck doing projects with some of the teenagers and Ive found out that most of them are morons. I just do everything myself now. I dont expect anything out of them anymore

Make a bee line to the teacher tell them what is up do your own paper hand her rubbish instead. Wonder how she will like that. shshs

Nope SDSU. There is a third girl but she is making the powerpoint. The third girl contacted me and is in a panic state. I tried to explain exactly what went on through email but she is convinced it's me because I was sick last week and was able to get a one week extension. I mean it must be my fault then right?

We all have finals going on so I think that is freaking out people's heads. I gotta go. I think I can fix this up in about 30 minutes. I read the stoner chicks section and it's pretty bad. The teacher likes her though so I think she'll be ok.

Thank you so much! Ranting does help. I usually pout too but no time for that.

It was kind of a rough day. I went to the trolley to go to school and realized I didn't have my wallet with the trolley pass. I either chance it or go back home. Here I am.

The class I missed I have a 97 percent score in so I am not worried. I have to go back down there tho to meet someone for coffee at 6:30. (going through rush hour traffic). So still a little bit of junk left to live through.

I think it's like this. Stress. Smoke. No stress.

I finished it and put back what I was told to take out before. I also found some other errors where she had duplicated the data twice in the paper. I feel very comfortable about my section. I was a bit of a rebel and said that one part was perfectly ok and i would not be changing it.

If she want to through me on the tracks, I'm ready.
