get you a deep fryer and fresh shrooms and fry in *peanut oil. Of course use flour 4 classic coating..

4 Portobello huge mushrooms
Kerry Gold Irish butter
Fresh dill
puree of garlic
salt
pepper
Hamburger bun

Mix the butter with salt pepper and puree garlicadd the finely chopped dill weed
stuff the mushroom and put in the oven for 10 min until the butter melts in to the flesh of mushroom and cooks it toast the bun slightly and use the mushroom instead of the burger

try this mix a small container of sour cream, with about 3 tablespoons of good mustard, and 2 tablespoons of horseradish (or more for the brave which i am) dip those fried mushrooms in that..awesome...also if you slice the mushrooms in about 3 pieces they won't hold in that juice that makes them soggy so fast...or burn the hell out of you when you are trying to gobble down more than everyone else.
