Sadly, it is probably wishful thinking on their part. Unplanned pregnancies are tough on both parties.

A buddy of mine has had a vasectomy done a few years ago, his girlfriend got pregnant. She never knew and was not ever a topic because children were out of the question. ive always been faithfull in my relationships, dont see the point of cheating, had it done to me anyhows...when i got pregnant with my son..my partner said this to me wanted blood tests...it was so he could get out of the relationship it was only till my son was born and looked the spit of his dad that he accepted he was his..ive never forgiven but have pushed to back of mind so my son can have a relationship with his dad..but it wasnt a nice thing to happen

I never had that happen to me. Then again, I've never cheated on anyone or had more than one sexual relationship at a time, so no one ever had the need to ask me that question.
